I’ve spent 15+ years deep in proposals - building functions from the ground up, leading high-volume response teams, writing winning bids, and turning chaotic RFP processes into something structured, strategic, and built to win. I know how to read between the lines, translate what evaluators want, and turn complex requirements into clear, compelling, and compliant responses that score well. In 2025, my RFP win rate was 70% across 130+ proposals.
