Cancellation Policy

Engagement & Booking Policies Scheduling & Availability All work is scheduled based on mutual availability and confirmed once payment is received. Timelines are discussed upfront and may be adjusted if inputs, feedback, or approvals are delayed. Payment Terms All fixed-price services are invoiced upfront and paid before work begins. Block-hour services (including writing support) are also invoiced in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellations & Rescheduling Engagements may be rescheduled with reasonable notice. Work completed prior to a cancellation or pause is non-refundable. If a project is paused or canceled after work has begun, fees apply for time already spent. Scope & Revisions Each engagement includes a clearly defined scope. Requests outside of scope — including additional writing, strategy, or review cycles — may require additional hours or a separate engagement. Block-Hour Writing Support For block-hour services (e.g., 15-hour writing support), hours are tracked and applied to agreed tasks. Unused hours do not roll over. Additional time requires approval before work continues. Client Responsibilities To keep work moving efficiently, clients are responsible for providing timely access to materials, stakeholders, and feedback, and for designating a primary point of contact whenever possible. Results Disclaimer While Bid Win Energy applies proven practices, strategy, and experience, final award decisions are made by evaluators and cannot be guaranteed.
